Wire Mesh Pass-Thru

Pass-thru blast machines are designed to clean parts at extremely high production rates. A wire mesh pass-thru machine carries parts of various sizes and shapes through the blast chamber on an endless woven manganese wire mesh belt. Inside the chamber, multiple blast wheels ensure complete blast coverage from every angle.

Typical cleaning rates for a wire mesh pass-thru blaster:

• Heat-treated parts 6 to 8 ft. per minute
• Die castings 10 to 12 ft. per minute
• Fabrications 4 to 12 ft. per minute

A variety of work openings are available, depending on your finish requirements. Standard belt widths include 27″ and 36″ with custom designs available to solve unique cleaning challenges.
